Our oil, analyzed by a commission of expert tasters, resultes a perfect balance of medium spicy, medium bitter and medium fruity, with notes of almond and aromatic herbs. The acidity of an excellent extra virgin olive oil is around 0.20%, lower values are rare to obtain: the acidity of ours is 0.15%. EVO oil contains polyphenols, concentrated in the outer part of the seed, which are very particular antioxidants and a natural source of vitamin E. A good EVO oil contains at least a number of polyphenols of about 200 mg / kg: our contains 440.51 mg / kg
